As clients have differing history with software and technology, we also design the GUI and flow around them – as this is the easiest way to ensure rapid competency, understanding and ease of use with their ERP system. The learning curve shortens dramatically and everything feels much more practiced and natural, even if the system is brand new!
We take this approach with each individual module and ask, who will be using this, how would they like to use this and what can be automated to make this easier? Feedback is an important part of development and with our rapid prototype construction we can ensure that employees can also be a part of this discussion and development, without impacting our delivery times.
